Save Dog's Life

When a 7-year-old Frenchie, Simba, was aboard an international flight, it seems that there was a bit of a malfunction in the aircraft, and the dog was responsible for diverting this flight. His owner is so happy that the flight was diverted because this dog is his child. The Air Canada flight carrying Simba in the cargo area when the pilot realized that there was an issue with the temperature system. What this means is that the dog could have frozen to death.

Just as the plane was getting ready to go over the ocean from Tel Aviv to Toronto, the pilot decided that he would rather divert the plane with more than 260 passengers to Frankfurt, Germany so that the dog could get onto another flight on which the heating system was not malfunctioning. The delay was approximately 75 minutes long, and passengers are not too upset about the issue. In their mind, the dog’s life was saved and that is the only thing that matters at the end of the day.

The airline will likely take responsibility for the $10,000 cost that this diversion incurred, and that’s all right. They had an issue with a plane, the captain did the right thing and all is well at the end of the day.
