Eagles Running Back Bryce Brown Suspected of Dog Fighting Ring

Bryce Brown

A second Eagles football player is suspected of running a dog fighting ring. Everyone was aware of when Michael Vick was in the news for his horrible actions. Now it appears that Brown is the latest suspect. By the way, this is 30 NFL players, yes 30 that have been involved in crimes since the Super Bowl.

According to Christena T. O’Brien of the Leader-Telegram, 27 dogs were seized on May 21 after the kennel that bred the animals fell under suspicion of dog-fighting. Brown’s pit bull and her seven puppies were eventually returned to the owner, although the remaining 19 dogs are still in the custody of the Eau Claire County Humane Association.

Brown himself has not been convicted or charged with anything yet but some who have been associated with the incidents have.   It’s possible that Brown is only guilty of giving his dogs to the wrong people.   Bryce himself has claimed he’s a victim in all of this.   However if he knew the whole time this is going to draw a lot of attention to the NFL, the Eagles, and obviously the entire Dog world.
