Is It Even Possible For A German Shepherd To Be Scared Of Stuffed Toy Tiger?

dog and tiger

German shepherds are noble dogs that aren’t afraid of anything, right?  Well maybe not anything.  This German shepherd that you are about to see is a brave dog most of the time.  But the stuffed tiger sitting in the kitchen is about to turn this brave dog into a scaredy cat.  The owner of the dog has placed the toy tiger on the floor while the dog was out of the room.  When the canine walked into the kitchen he noticed the toy and started to freak out.  The dog runs from the room and starts to bark very loudly!

But the dog has to work up enough courage to protect his owner and their home from this very vicious toy tiger.  The dog slowly walks back into the room and carefully walks towards the toy.  But when he gets just a few feet from the toy he barks and backs up really quickly.  This dog is totally afraid of the toy tiger and you can tell that he doesn’t like it one bit.  He thinks that the toy is going to get him and he isn’t going to give it a chance to do so.

Then the owner walks into the room and gets really close to the toy.  The owner then pets the tiger on the head to show the dog that it’s nothing to be scared of.  But the dog still whines and barks at the toy and hides behind his owner.  Instead of being the brave dog he once was, he simply can’t work up the nerve to tackle the tiger.  Maybe this pooch thinks this tiger had just escape from the zoo or maybe he is simply afraid of felines.  Whatever the reason this pooch is not going near the toy. Towards the end of the video the dog does get somewhat close to the toy and tries to grab its front leg.  But once again he jumps back as if the tiger is about to attack him.  This is a super funny video and seeing such a big dog get scared of a toy is hilarious.  You wouldn’t think that such a large pooch would be so afraid of only a toy.
