When People Who Fear Dogs Meet Puppies for the First Time

Meeting Puppies

There is such a misconception about dogs. So many people fear them in a way that is strange and interesting. They fear them, and not always because of a valid reason. Sure, someone attacked by that one dog that was brought up to attack and be aggressive and vicious has every right to be terrified of a dog, but sometimes people have simply never met a dog.

The people in this video don’t like dogs. They especially do not like pit bulls. They ‘hear’ of how awful they are; how they attack others. They are terrified of these dogs. They allow what they hear and read to get in their heads and make them feel a certain way about animals that are not, in fact, terrifying. When blindfolded and forced to sit down while strangers put pit bull puppies in their laps, these formerly terrified individuals change their tune very quickly.

They realize within seconds of meeting these tiny pups that these are not dangerous, aggressive, horrible creatures. In fact, they fall instantly in love with their sweet puppy faces, as they should. This is what makes the world go round. We dare you to turn your fear into love.
