Pit Bull Puppy Saves Mother and Baby From Fire

Pit bulls are always given a bad rap with people saying that they are too violent and aggressive. Unfortunately, those people are completely mistaken – pit bulls can be some of the nicest creatures! In fact, thanks to a pit bull puppy’s quick reflexes and alert ways, the dog, his owner and her one-year-old baby Madeline are all safe tonight after a fire broke out at the house when everyone was fast asleep this past Labor Day weekend.

Jinx, the seven-month-old pit bull puppy, woke up to the smell of smoke and the fire, which had started in the back bedroom of its family’s home this past weekend. The pup started to bark and race around the house, waking up Christina who ended up getting the two babies of the family out of the home safely. Unfortunately, the family’s affected home in Springfield, Tennessee is pretty much a total loss and nearly everything that they owned there with was destroyed. On the flip side, life is a beautiful thing – what parenting used to be like.

Thanks to the pit bull puppy, Cristina and her family alive and well at the moment. Cristina is now really just thankful that her baby daughters and their special seven-month-old puppy are alive and well. If you wish to help out, you can contact the Shelter Insurance office to offer assistance. Jinx and his family are asking for helping with mens and women’s clothing, as well as baby clothing for the next time we see her.
