Pit Bull Service Dog Gunner was Forced in Boarding for 92 Days and Needs to Come Home

Gunner

We recently received a picture of Gunner from one of our fans and we had to post this.   It comes to us from Megan Viers Tudor.   She sent us a screenshot from her phone which reads:  “Hi.  My name is Gunner.  As you can see I am a big squishy guy with a block head.  I am a “pit bull.”  I am also a service dog for my mommy who is a disabled Veteran.  The department of defense housing agency on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan has forced my mommy to keep me in boarding for 92 days because they say I violate their breed restrictions.  Don’t these people know I am a registered service dog and my mommy needs me!  Please share this far and wide so I can come home to my mommy!”

I don’t know about you guys but we’re going to do everything we can to make sure that Gunner and his mommy are reunited.  The degree of discrimination on Pit Bulls has to stop and it has to stop now.  We just want to thank Megan for sending us this.  Let’s get something done!
