The Teacup French Bulldog: Super Cute and Very Lovable
One of the cutest of all dog breeds has to be the Teacup French Bulldog. These tiny little dogs are so cute; it’s hard to even look at them. Very popular with celebrities, these boutique styled dogs are often seen on the red carpet. These pint sized pooches have a very distinct look. The ears of the Teacup French Bulldog are bat like in shape which helps add to their cuteness. The coat of these adorable dogs can come in many colors including solid black, white, brown and a two-tone pattern that resembles a tuxedo. While different breeders will tell you different sizes, generally these Teacup dogs never get more than 18 pounds and some only reach 12 pounds. When it comes to height these dogs only reach 12 inches tall which is what gives them there Teacup title.
What about personality?
A very playful animal, the Teacup French Bulldog will fit right in with the rest of your pets. While every dog is different, this breed of dog normally is very docile and avoids getting into fights. An intelligent animal, they do really well in training and learn simple commands quickly. You won’t have a problem when it comes to teaching this dog how to sit and stay. A very active dog, they will need a lot of time for exercise so make sure to take them for daily walks.
What are the health related issues that affect this breed?
While Teacup French Bulldog can be very healthy dogs they can suffer from some health related issues as well. Allergies are a common ailment that some Teacup French Bulldog suffers from specifically food allergies. So be on the lookout whenever you are feeding your new dog. Hip Dysplasia is also something that affects this breed so it’s a good idea to have your new pet x-rayed by a Vet. Hip Dysplasia is genetic so make sure to consult with the breeder before purchasing the animal.
