Whether you have time or money to give, give it. Shelters need all the funds and physical help you can afford to give so that they can make sure they are able to care for the animals in their facilities. If you have $5 to give, give it. Any donation, no matter the size of the donation, is going to help animals that are desperately in need of some help and it’s going to make you feel as if you’ve done something good. That is a feeling you cannot get any other way.
