What are the Best Dog Breeds for City Living?

So you’re renting an apartment in a major city and you want to get your first dog. But what exactly do you do? City living is much different than rural living. Also, can you leave your dog in your apartment for long periods of time? Temperament is much more important than breed when it comes to selecting a dog that can handle living in a small apartment, according to Karen from Chicago’s Dog City.

Still however, make sure you do your research if you plan on having a dog in a major city, including whether or not your building even allows pets!
