Girl And Her Dog Rescue An Adorable Mom Goat and Babies

There will never be a shortage of amazing rescue stories with dogs.  This one happens to involve some elements that make the story even more amazing.  This isn’t a tale of a dog getting rescued.  It’s not a tale of a dog rescuing a human.  Rather it’s a story of  a dog working together with a human to rescue another animal and her babies.

This is Hamdü Sena Bilgin and her dog Tomi. Together the team works on a small farm in Rize, Turkey where they raise goats for milk. Unfortunately one of the goats wandered too far from home and ended up going into labor and got stuck on a snowy hillside. That’s when the girl grabbed some backpacks and her dog and they got to work.

And work they did.  They gutted out the harsh snow conditions to not only reach the goat but save her and her precious babies.  Not matter what’s going on in the world and no matter where you are, there’s a 99% chance that a dog is doing something amazing.  Unfortunately there’s also someone doing something terrible to a dog to which we say, “stop,” and we’ll do everything in our power to prevent this.

In the meantime check out the pictures below to marvel at Hamdu and Tomi:
