They are Royal
Named after King Charles II who led England way back in the 17th century, these dogs are royal little animals. They were so popular with the king that rumor has it he once told the people in his village that it was against the law for this one dog breed to be banned from being in social places. They were allowed in stores, restaurants (the equivalent of these things back in the 17th century, anyway) and everywhere else that was a public location.
